TASTY TAILS LLC — CUSTOMER WAIVER & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read this Waiver and Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or using any products from Tasty Tails LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accepting, or using our products, you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk and Liability Release

By purchasing and offering Tasty Tails products to your dog(s), you acknowledge and accept that:

• All liability related to the use and consumption of our treats is assumed by you, the pet owner or guardian.
  
• Our treats may pose a choking hazard. Dogs should be closely supervised while consuming any Tasty Tails product.
  
• Tasty Tails LLC is not liable for any injuries, choking, or death resulting from improper use or consumption of our products.
  
• You agree to use your best judgment and ensure that the treats are appropriate for your dog’s size, chewing style, and health condition.
  
  

2. Allergies and Sensitivities

• Tasty Tails treats are made with natural animal-based ingredients and may contain or come into contact with allergens.
  
• Tasty Tails LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions, food intolerances, or adverse interactions your dog may experience.
  
• We encourage customers to review ingredients carefully and consult with a veterinarian before introducing new treats to dogs with known sensitivities.
  
  

3. Proper Storage and Handling

• Store all treats in a cool, dry place and follow storage instructions on the packaging.
  
• Treats are intended for supplemental feeding only and should not replace a balanced diet.
  
  

4. No Veterinary Advice

• The content on our website, labels, and communications is for informational purposes only.
  
• Nothing from Tasty Tails LLC should be interpreted as veterinary advice. Always consult your veterinarian for pet health decisions.
  
  

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasty Tails LLC and its owners, employees, affiliates, or suppliers are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using Tasty Tails products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
